The Activation Area encompasses a maximum road length of approximately 61km of TP streets and 11km of plot roads, featuring road widths ranging from 12m to 70m.

Services and utilities integrated into the road infrastructure will encompass stormwater drainage, water supply, sewerage, electricity, telecommunications, and gas.

To ensure efficient movement of people and goods within the Activation Area, various categories of roads, ranging from 18m Right of Way (ROW) to 70m ROW, will be constructed. The design and construction of these roads will adhere to international and national standards. State-of-the-art design software, 3D modeling for planning, and advanced construction techniques will be employed to achieve optimal system efficiency. The services and utilities embedded within the road infrastructure will include stormwater drainage, water supply, sewerage, electricity, telecommunications, and gas.
